Public council's composition can include representatives of public, religious, and charitable organizations, trade unions and their associations, creative unions, associations, organizations of employers, nongovernmental mass media and other non-business companies and institutions that work in social sphere and that are legalized according to Ukrainian legislation.
A number of the council's members and its composition will be determined by the Committee's decision.
Membership in the Public council is individual.

Following documents shall be added to the application:
information about organization, its leadership, activity, legalizing documents (registration certificate);
information about experience in the social sphere;
information about value of an organization in the public council.
Applications shall be submitted by February 16, 2015.
Applications submitted after this date will not be considered.
